Home from work with sick DD

They called me from the daycare yesterday that she had 100.1 fever. By the time I got out of work, picked her up and took her to the doctor, she had 102 fever. They check her out and se dosne't seem to have anything (infection wise) so they are not even sure why she has a fever. So I have to watch her all day and make sure it dosen't go up again. Tylenol is her BFF today. My poor baby.. Sad
