Why is my signature picture red?

When I view my posts my signature picture appears to be red. Does anyone know why this is happening? The picture is in Snapfish. It appeared fine until the nest switched formats.

Yeah, I'm seeing a few others like that too. Ditto uploading it to another photohosting site (I use Photobucket) or using tinypic.
