Ok - long story short.  There was a poster on my local board that totally HARRASSED me and others.  That poster was banned from the nest.

All of a sudden, 3 days later 2 other posters pop up on the nest with VERY similar posting styles and very similar "stories"

I do not know 100% certain if the 1st poster is the same as the second and third.  But it seems kinda weird.

Yesterday there was a post on my local board and also on here.  But the post on here was the exact same post but 2 different posters.  She later admitted that she was both ecopledge and ghjunkie.  Now, she is switching back and forth between the two and even answering the same post as two different posters.

Since the 2nd and 3rd poster (same person) has not out-right posted anything mean on this board - you can make your own opinion on why she uses two different screen names and switches them in a matter of minutes.

I just think her responses show that she's a troll.  If I was acussed of being a troll, I'd maybe explain, provide some background on my situation etc.  She's just ripped into people. 

I also think it's weird that she's just popped up here in the last couple of days and is now posting so regularly.  Not that there's anything wrong with that, but people usually don't go from first post to posting all the time within a day or two. 

I agree with you, Amy - everyone can do what they wish, but should be aware that they are using their time and heartbreaking experience to respond to someone who is most likely posting just for kicks. 

In any case, I'll make like the Simpsons and "just don't look".  And just in case ignoring her doesn't make her move on, I'll block her so I don't have to deal with her.

Yes - I know for a fact that ecopledge and ghjunkie are the same person.  She posted an IVF questions on the TTC6+ board (same one she posted here) with one SN which I replied to.  She then replied to her own post, referring to herself, but with the 2nd name.  I noticed it since I didn't recognize the first name as a regular poster and it stuck out.  And, conveniently, it appears to have been deleted  ;-)

Ok girls ~ TEST/QUESTION:

How in the world would I even be able to have two different names on the board when they take your phone#, address, etc and send confirmation emails?

And, I am not on here everyday, just some days off ~ have a real life.  I was on this morning, waiting for my daughter to arise so we can get the day started, and since the meds are knocking the heck out of me am taking "ME TIME" ~ NOT that I have to explain to anyone.

just an fyi - anyone who has an e-mail address can have a nest account.  They do not verify any information except your e-mail.  Since there are many ways to get a free e-mail account, getting 2 nest accounts would not be hard.

After you sign up for a screen name, it takes 3 days before you can post on the nest.

So, yes, it is possible to have multiple screen names, as long as you use a different e-mail address.
