Will i ever take the plunge?

I really want to start CDing, I have read everything, stalked diaperswappers.com, looked at etsy, and even looked into buying new.  However I chicken out everytime it comes to actually buying one stupid CD.  I don't know if want pockets, AIO, hybrid, OS, fitted, yada yada yada!  I think I just get too overwhelmed by all the choices so I just don't buy anything.

Ughhh!  I even have DH on board with CDing and he doesn't know why I haven't bought any.

Any suggestions to help me get my feet wet, if I wait any longer we're going to be potty training!

*A local store has a CDing class this Saturday morning that I'm going to go to, they sell FB, Baby Bottoms (i think is the name), Happy Heinys, and Bummis.  So hopefully that will help me get started.

    Why don't you do a trial program?  Jillian's Drawers has one.

    Why don't you do a trial, like the Jillian's Drawers one?  If you don't like what you get you are only out $10 and you get to try many kinds to see what works for your LO.

    Not sure if anyone suggested this to you already, but I did a diaper trial through www.jilliansdrawers.com. It was perfect. I got to try all different types of diapers and can send back the ones I don't like and get a refund. Several other websites have similar trials. I highly recommend it!

    We started with 6 dipes.  Not enough to make it a whole day, but enough to not feel stupid just washing a few of them.  We tried it.  Figured if it worked, fabulous; if it didn't, we would just sell the dipes and be out a little cash for our trouble.  Turns out we loved them and bought more.

    Even though it is hard to believe from looking at this board, CDing is not a religion.  It is not all in.  You don't have to fully committ before trying it.  Stick your toe in the water.  I bet you love it.  (Unless you are at the peanut butter poop stage.  I hated that.  Just buy liners and wait for it to pass and know it will get great soon)

    Maybe when you see them that will feel differently! A local store sells HH and seeing them in person (although they are not the ones we went with) got me super excited about cloth. GL!
