So ladies... here's the background. Gastric bypass 9 years ago, lost 125, gained 45-50, and stuck.
ww not working, started exercising. They revamped ww, and I get a ridiculous amt of points. If I eat how I want on ww, I hit about 25-28 pts in a day. Yesterday at lunch I was at 17. (after)... I tried counting cals.. usually landing 800-1200.
Saw my dr yesterday, running blood panels to double check vitamin levels (Im usually deficient even with supplements) and the order is to eat and use all my (40!) points. Holy hell. 40 points, and please use some of my exercise and weekly pointns too. she does ww too, and was shocked at what I was eating, but its not a ridiculous low amt of food...
so in a healthy way, I need to add. I already eat almond butter, full fat cheese, use a little butter, snack,
Any ideas? Im also terrified of using all my points. its a mental thing....

I agree that you need to eat more. Usually eating less than 1000 cals. a day will make your body hold onto weight because it thinks its starving.
What do you normally eat during the day?

Are you eating enough protein? Because you are working out a lot and need to be eating a lot of protein. My daily protein goal is 66 grams/day. I find it really hard to reach that, but I try.
Add the following (if you like them):
Also add good fats: Olive oil, avocado, nuts (again), fish.
If you don't eat enough calories, then your body goes into starvation mode. Even if you are exercising. Your body is fighting you right now. You will be amazed at how fast it falls off once you eat the right things.
Also, I can't post the link, but google My Fitness Pal. It is a great free website, and it measures all that you need to be eating. There is also a mobile app for both the Droid and iPhones. GL! Stalling SUCKS major!
