I know this may sound crazy... but my EARS!!! they are driving my crazy.... the don't hurt and its just my right ear.... for weeks its tingley... it feels like pins and needles and stops....

It happens on and off all day long... its BIZARRE.

I dont have an ear infection - I have no idea what it is... but im guessing it has to do with blood pressure or something about being pregnant.... its driving me crazy

    I always start out the night sleeping on my left side, and sometimes I wake up and my left ear is throbbing and REALLY hurts! It never does it on the right or did it before I was pregnant. 

    Also occasionally my ears plug up for no reason and I can only hear my own voice very loudly in my ears. Very annoying. My mom said she had this when she was pregnant with me, and she just held her hand on this spot on her neck and it went away - but only while she was holding it. Same trick works for me. Genetics are weird.
