    I think B4 might be doing them now.  Also, I think Dunk-n-Fluff offers custom slots weekly.  You could message Tami, the owner.  She's awesome to work with.

    when Bububebe opens customs you can send your fabric in.  Just keep in mind they are in Canada.  So it would take about a month in just shipping (round trip)
