How much milk?

Does/did your 1 year old drink? I am going to start milk delivery in a couple weeks when Hudson is on regular milk and trying to gauge how much I should order..thanks!

Emily started slow - only really got into cow's milk the last month or so.  (We discovered she will drink it more with a straw)

I started by adding 2 one-half pint whole milks to our order.  After a couple weeks, we switched to a half-gallon, but my husband has been using some for his lattes in the mornings, so she isn't drinking that much each week.  I would say a cup a day.

But every kid is different, so you are probably going to have to wait and see.

Now Max just does about 7 oz before bed and a bit on his oatmeal in the morning. When he was just a year it was more, but I don't remember exactly how much. I agree, just start with a quart or so and see what he goes through.
