How to prep second hand diapers?

All my diapers I've gotten off diaperswappers, so I know they've been used. Do I need to do all the same washes as I would with new ones?? Or will one do...

Also, I'm using Country Save detergent. Do I use the recommended amount for a load? or less?

as long as they have been prepped before I wouldn't worry about the multi washes.

 Just one wash is what I'd do just to be safe.

I agree with Kickingboy.  I use Country Save, too, and I use the recommended amount.  I have an HE washer and use 1/2 scoop.  From what I've read, it's important to use as much detergent as you can without causing buildup to be sure that the diapers get clean and don't harbor bacteria.  Start with 1/2 scoop if you have HE or a full scoop if you have a top loader and if you have absorption problems, lessen the amt. of detergent a little or add more rinses to your routine.

Thanks! I'll just do one wash (on hot??) and dry with a full scoop of detergent. Can't wait to use them!!

Yes!  Hot does two things: helps clean the diapers better because heat does that and also helps rinse the diapers better.  Hot water gets suds out more effectively than cold.  If you have the option, make sure you use a warm or hot rinse, too.  (Once you use the diapers and they're poopy or something, do a cold wash or at least a cold rinse first to rinse off some of the stink and the gross stuff so that that doesn't get absorbed into the diapers as much because hot water opens up fabric fibers more than cold)
