Yeah, definitely, it's on our list for this guy. They certainly can stand on their own, but they are related (actually, Milo is historically the formal version, but I digress). I love nicknames, I think it's great to have options with a name.
I know many people to would only use Milo as a nickname to Miles, but I think it is a great name on its own. I do like Miles, but personally prefer Milo as a given name.
The only time anyone's called our Miles "Milo" is when they're calling him and his brother "Milo and Otis". :P
I think it's a great name, though. (Milo. Miles too, obvs.)

I don't see any reason on God's green earth to give a one-syllable name a two-syllable nickname. What is this obsession with nicknames everyone has?
They're both stand-alone names.
