Increasing Breast Milk

Ok I missed a couple of days of pumping because my pump broke. But now I am only pumping 1oz and thats from both breast. Is there a way to increase my milk supply?

Try taking Fenugreek supplements...2-3 capsules 3 times a day. When you find yourself smelling like syrup, you know your taking enough....after two days, by the third day you'll notice an increase in your milk.
