I have been trying to become more aware of what I am eating, because I still have a couple months to go, and I am getting up their in the weight gain. I know this was partly my fault, because for years-I was always watching what I was eating and counting calories, and not eating a lot of "unhealthy" foods, so I started becoming more free with what I was eating. Plus, I never had weight loss in the beginning--no more sickness.
But now I am always, always hungry. Which is hard to deal with when you are trying to be aware of what you are eating. Last night, I had made artichokes for myself for dinner. I had two stuffed artichokes; and amazingly they did fill me--they were pretty big. So I wasn't hungry going to bed, and this morning I woke up at 4:30am completely starving. I refused to rummage through the kitchen at that hour, so I just laid in bed until my alarm went off at 6am, and then I did the mad dash to the kitchen for breakfast.
I am seriously hoping my hunger pains slow down sooner than later. I have been trying to snack on healthier things: natural peanut butter (for protein), yogurt, tons of fruit and veggies--but NOTHING seems to fill me anymore.
Just so frustrating!
