Good luck! It really does work wonders. I ended up taking after DD only gained 6 oz from 5 months to 8.5 months, despite trying EVERYTHING. It made a huge difference and I never had to supplement. I still take it and we're still nursing

Good luck! It has worked wonders for me. I didn't need to up my supply much, but non of the non drug things helped. I went from pumping 5-6 oz in two pumping sessions, to 10-12oz.
