All my family and friends IRL know about my losses. The people that don't, don't need to know. I don't broadcast it just because some people think it's TMI and are uncomfortable with it. I try to keep my FB as light-hearted as possible. When people have asked, I've sent them a PM saying that I've had two losses. It's not a secret, but I don't just offer up the info either.

I didn't (and wouldn't), but I have a few hundred friends with several colleagues and clients- it wouldn't be appropriate. I also don't feel the need to share with casual friends.
