how old was DC when you just used the stroller and not the carseat in the stroller for walks

    If I wanted to I could probably do it now, her head control is very good.  The seat reclines, so you could always lay her back.

    yesterday  shes is too long for the snug ride, so i have to go out this weekend and buy her a new carseat. i probably could have done it sooner, i dont know why i didnt.

    Good Question...I was just speaking with my mom last night regarding this.  I just bought an extra base for my car for her carseat because I didn't want to install the convertible car seat in my car yet.  My mom said to take back the extra base because I can just use the stroller without the carseat.  I don't think that DD is old enough yet so I'm not sure what if I going to return it or not.

    3 mos. dd hates the carseat but loves the stroller when she can face forward and snoop.

    we put DS in just stoller early and went for a walk up/down road, but not out in public. he's always in the car seat for that.

    I think around 2-1/2 months. She had great head control early on, though.
