DD is napping in a toddler bed

O.M.G. my baby girl is napping in a big girl bed. Where did the time go??  

Background: G jumped/climbed/fell (not sure which) out of her crib about a month or so ago and I have been paranoid ever since. I mentioned to my mom the other day that we really need to start thinking about making the switch soon before it happens again. The next day we stopped by their house and there was a Dora the Explorer toddler bed set up where her PNP used to be . I know I said I wanted that, but seeing it made me freak a little.

Today is the first day to try it out.  My mom said she climbed in and pretty much went right to sleep. She did sit up once and my mom told her to lay down go to sleep and she did. So my question is should I convert her crib before bed tonight or just let her nap in the toddler bed for a little while and convert the crib later?

Oh, honey.  Gosh, that's hard.  She's still the cutest thing, ever, though, no matter how big she gets.  I know its hard for you but I'm so glad its easy for her.  HUGS.

DD was napping on her mat at school for a year before we converted her crib at home.    I'd just do whatever you feel comfortable with!

Are you kidding me??  We thought she was an angel!  G even kept saying on the way home, "Damn, that is such a cute kid."
