And I am PUPO with one perfect embie!!!!!
The embie is a grade 8 A - so exactly perfect for a 3dt. I am so happy!!!!!
There was one not so good thing about today. My regular RE and I agreed that they would do assisted hatching for a 3dt, even though their normal criteria is age 38. I will be 38 in May. I even checked wth them on Friday when they called and they confirmed it was ordered.
I guess I should have asked again first thing today because they didn't do it. It was one of the other RE's who did the ET and I asked her at the end. She was unsure and checked with the embryologist when he popped his head back in the room and he said no, because I didn't meet age criteria.
I was very upset. The RE went to review my file, she saw it was ordered. I cried. She tried to tell me how there is research that shows it isn't effective and it has risks, blah, blah, blah. Then she said there is no way to prove it would actually help and I said there was no way to prove it wouldn't.
So basically she acknowledged that it was supposed to happen and there was a breakdown of communication. The RE who did the ET is going to call my regular RE later today to discuss things. I don't know if I have any recourse - hopefully it won't matter.
I am trying to stay positive. DH says we can't think about this now. We have to stay focused on our perfect little one. So I am trying. Had acupuncture before and after. No embie pic, my RE's office doesn't do them. My beta will be on March 9th.

~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~
Me= 37 and DH = 41
Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
