Headache (mostly whining!)

I don't know if I'm getting sick or what, but my head will not stop pounding! I don't normally get a lot of headaches, but today is day four of constant headache! Tylenol does help some, but I don't want to pump myself full of meds all the time. Anyone else feeling like this?

I've been having really bad headaches almost everyday. Luckily, it hasn't been a constant big one. Tylenol helps, but like you, I hate having to take something

I've had this a couple times, up to a week each time. Tylenol and caffeine. If it gets unbearable, ask your doc. I hate taking things too, but after a couple of days you get desperate!

if you can, try to drink even more water than usual. that is my only suggestion. i hate headaches. nagging ones are *almost* as bad as migraines (i get both.) i hope you feel better!!

Headaches are the worst! Sorry to hear you are having a hard time with them. I had a bad one yesterday. Tylenol and caffiene seemed to help some and keeping the lights off!

I've been having headaches the last few days...tension headaches mostly. Prior to that it was intense sinus headaches. Definitely no fun. Usually sleep helps, although I went to bed with one last night and woke up with it this morning. I hope you feel better soon!
