So I had my IUD removed on Wednesday and yesterday (TMI) I started having period-like bleeding.  It seems pretty heavy, but I'm not used to much of anything since having the IUD for 2 years.  And this shouldn't be my period, because I had that 10 days before the IUD came out.  Did you guys experience this?  The interwebz have all kinds of horror stories, so they're no help.  If this were going on during the week I'd call the nurse's line, but of course it's happening on the weekend.

that's so weird, that didn't happen to me.    i had it out and i didn't have any bleeding until AF came (which was about 2 weeks later). 

i'm sorry i'm no help.

hey do you think that maybe it is just AF?  because my first period after having my iud out was a major b****.  super heavy, tons of bleeding and cramping.  (sorry for TMI).  i think it was from not having had AF for about 2+ years.
