Nausea help!

No I'm not pregnant, but I was hoping that since so many of you dealt with m/s you could help me. I seem to have some nasty stomach bug and I cannot shake this nausea, it's driving me nuts, I can barely get any work done today.

My mom called me in some Zofran tablets, which so far have not helped at all!

Any old wives tales I can try? thanks ladies!

    Ginger ale, tea and saltines often work for me. Sorry the Zofran didn't work; maybe you can get a different rx?

    Crackers that don't leave a greasy residue on a napkin.  Feel better! Lots of fluids.

    candied ginger is supposed to help, but just gagged me...i liked things with bubbles...i lived on la croix seltzer water

    I hope you feel better soon!!  oh, and DH and I use Emetrol when we are sick..its by the pepto.  sometimes it works wonders, other times it doesn't help :(
