GMD prefolds not quilting?

The orange edge GMD prefolds I bought in January aren't quilting up like all my others.  They aren't as stiff and flat as before washing, but nowhere near as soft and fluffy as the yellow and red edges I'm prepping with them.  I've washed them probably 6 or 7 times, then resorted to boiling and still no luck.  They absorb just fine, but aren't as soft and fluffy as I like them.  Anyone else have this problem?

I havent had that problem, but did you get seconds by any chance? I would contact GMD and let them know. Hopefully they can help out.

Thanks!  They're brand spanking new.  I'll give GMD a call.  I wonder if they may have just had a small batch that isn't as soft and fluffy.
