our normal prenatal yoga teacher was out; so we had a sub who dose not teach prenatal yoga... it was a rough class. I loved it! I felt so bad for the girls that were 30+... one girl was due Wednesday. It was a HARD class.. lots of holding squats, lunges, balancing and just working legs and arms. So sore today. Kinda makes me want to take a normal class 1 week and then the prenatal the next till i feel i can't do the normal yoga class anymore.

I'm so jealous. I had to give up yoga around 8 weeks, because the sore muscles were leading to migraines. I haven't been able to do much with it since.
Ugh. I can't wait for the warm weather so I can walk outside!
have you tried pre-natal yoga.. its a lot less working out of the muscles and more just stretching. I never really leave sore.
