From left to right:

B4 Oversize Surged, new / unwashed

Piddle Poddle Toddler, new / unwashed

B4 T&T, used / washed but Minky so doesn't shrink much

As you can see, the B4 oversize has at least as large as, if not a larger, rise as the PP.  Unstretched it measured 16" and stretched it was right around 20".  This is a new unwashed dipe so certainly it will shrink some. 

I bought these out of curiosity and it will be a loooong time until my bruiser fits it.  As such I would be willing to sell it to you for my cost + shipping ($40 ppd) if you want to try it out.
