I know it is said that 2 cups of regular a day or less is okay. I am wondering if decaf coffee is the way to go instead? However, I did read though that de-caf can actually be worse because sometimes they use chemicals to get the caffeine extracted or sometimes a water process is used? I know it would be best to completly cut it out altogether like I did before DD but I am having a really difficult time with it this time around. Ugh my transfer is sat too!, maybe I should just start buying those coffee flavored nips candies? I wish I didn't like coffee so much. Doesn't help matters that I got a Keurig for christmas and use it every morning
I don't drink more then a cup and a half a day in the morning but feel guilty about it.
Re: coffee experts please come in
I went decaf-only during IVF at the request of my RE. But you can get naturally decaffeinated coffee that doesn't use chemicals during the extraction. I found one I liked at Trader Joe's. I'm not sure about the decaf cups for the Keurig though.
Good luck Saturday with your transfer!
