Hooray for Pari!!

Recently we noticed that LA's breathing treatments were taking longer and longer.  I checked her compressor's air filter--it was good.  I changed out the tubing, etc.  Still not fixed.  I emailed the maker, Pari, and asked for advice.  Without blinking an eye, they overnighted us a new compressor and sent a prepaid mailer to return the old one.

Rarely does a company's customer service impress me...but they sure did!!
