DD has the flu :(

The Dr says, "did you not vaccinate her?" Well obviously not, talk about feeling like a crappy mom!

It's truly DH's fault, the plan was for him and I to get the vaccine since DD doesn't go to daycare. I ended up pregnant and didn't want to get it, and DH says "I never get sick" Well guess who got the flu!! I told him we are all getting one next year!!

Poor baby! I hope she feels better soon. THe one and only time I have gotten it was when I was pregnant. I was 10 weeks and the RE told me it was better to get the shot then the flu. We have vaccinated Hayden each year and thankfully ::Knock on wood:: none of us have gotten it yet.

I know, it's going by so fast! I am wondering how DD will be a year old in just a few months!! Yes, we will find out. They guessed girl at our NT scan, guess we will know for sure in a few more weeks. Sorry you had such a roller coaster the past two days, darn evil sticks!!!

Don't feel too bad, my DD just got over the week long flu bug and we did vaccinate her.  So this strain may not have even been covered.  She had a high temp for 6 days. bad cough, sore throat and stomach issues.  i've never seen her so sick.  But it is over now. 

Sorry about your sweet girl, hope she feels better soon.
