cloth wipes with non-friendly creams

I've not been using my cloth wipes when I'm putting non-safe creams on LO's bum (with a liner, of course). Should I continue avoiding them or can I use them? And if I were to use them, should I wash them with the CDs or with the yuckied fleece liners?

I still use my wipes and then just wash them with the liners.
