Have any of you done a JBF (Just Between Friends) sale? I'm considering selling a bunch of my baby gear and clothes at the Seattle sale this spring. I was just reading up on how it works to consign and it seems a bit labor intensive. Is it worth it to bite the bullet and take the time to do it all? I'd love to recoup some money and thought this would be a good way to do it, but after reading through all the guidelines I'm 2nd guessing myself.

Would Craigslist be easier/better?
