Maybe it's just my hormones

I was just saying to my doctor yesterday how amazing my DH is and how he deals with my hormonal outburst so well, blah blah blah. Then today we got in the stupidest fight about a $29 chair cushion. Are you kidding me?

We have a rocking chair in our living room. It will be moved up to the baby's room. One of our cat's sleeps on it constantly and my DH often sits in it after he works out. I want a new cushion for it when we move it to the baby's room and he started this ridiculous fight with me about how the cushion is fine and we can just clean it and there is no reason to spend money on a new one.

Okay, seriously! It's $29, really. I told him that if it's that big of a deal, he can clean it and I'll decide if it's clean enough. He said he didn't realize the cushion was so inexpensive, but still. Ugh, I think I need a nap or something.
