Thos that had preemies

What kind of schedule were you babies on around 2.5 months?   Our babies are only at an adjusted age of 2.5 weeks and are pretty much eating every 4 hours.  They are starting to be awake a little longer at times, but sleep from about 2 to 3 hours between feedings.  Sometimes they practically sleep through one of the feedings and then wake up 4 hours after that.

Our girls were 10 weeks early and are just over 2 mos now. They haven't even made it to their due date yet (this Saturday).

Right now we are eating about every 2.5-4 hours. They are on an on-demand schedule now and I don't think they've ever gone more than 4.5 hours without a feeding. They didn't start the 4 hour gaps until recently, but it's still very inconsistent. But now they are awake a little longer and sleep a little longer. It's been slow but we are seeing a trend starting.

We were still on a 3 hr schedule at that age per the pedi's orders.  We didn't get the green light to stop waking them for feedings until their 3 mo well check, I think.

We were on a 3hr schedule until they reached 7lbs and then it went to 4. We went on-demand at 10lbs but that is still about every 4 hours!
