Which is better, the stick or the tub?

Which is better, the stick or the tub?  Stick for ease of use and clean hands, also I have trouble getting the last bits out of the tube.

Is it really CD safe (I have BG's and Grovia)? 2 months in no problems.

And how often do you use it?  Every diaper change, every day, or just when a rash shows up?  Every night, mostly, when he's more likely to go longer between changes.

ETA:  You might want to order the sample pack to see which scents you like best.  I've noticed that a lot of mamas say they like the Oatmeal, Milk, and Honey scent, but that was my least favourite of the 8 that we ordered!
