NSAIFR: Birthday Gift Suggestions for my Sister

I have only one sister.  She is younger than me but married with two kids (boy 1yr and girl 4yrs).  We tend to exchange gifts on our birthdays (usually in the  $25.-$45.).  Her birthday is this week and I have no idea what to get her.  I don't want to go the gift card route.  We gave her a banana republic gift card for Christmas.

Any suggestions?  I am stumped.

Instead of buying a gift I like to do breakfast and mani/pedis on me as a bday gift for good friends or my sister... a nice morning spent together relaxing away from kids

CHI - Great idea.  I would much rather do somethin like that.  Unfortunately, I probably will not see her until this summer.  She lives in Connecticut.  I live in California.

Oddly, my sister and I like getting/ giving fun kitchen/ serving pieces - She gave me these for Christmas and I love them!

Otherwise - Do you have any girly gift stores nearby?  My DH calls them "rich b!tch stores"   (Our closest one is actually part of a Hallmark store)  Anyway, I'd just go in there and wander around a bit. . . maybe you'd see some jewelry or a fun tote bag or something.
