To me, it feels like a lot of little kicks spaced only a few seconds apart in a very rhythmic manner. I almost always only feel them down low...probably when his he's upside down.
They are much more faint that I thought they would be. But he gets them at least twice a day, typically once in that late morning/after lunch and then again right before bed.
I hate to admit this, they are cute, but man... when you're trying to fall asleep and it feels like someone is tapping on your "bum" every two seconds for 15 mins straight... not so fun

Oops, meant to add... They do feel like very rhythmic taps, and I also feel mine down low a lot of the time. Sometimes it even feels like taps on my pelvic bone.

I think it feels like the baby is spasming. It's very noticeable, and I didn't get that at all with my first.
