Sleepy and not hungry

Hi Ladies  -

So LO slept in this morning and had a long nap in the middle of the day and fell asleep again around 6:30 tonight - He has been quiet and sleepy today - he is down 2 bottles and is not showing signs of waking up any time soon (he sttn)..Are these symptoms of him growing?He doesnt show signs of a cold - no fever or stuffy nose..
