Was at the hospital today (sister had surgery done) in the maternity ward

And I kept thinking "I'm gonna be back here in a little over a month!".    The Dr that did my sister's surgery (she's fine- everything went great, just had to do a lap), is the one who delivered Nicholas and I want him to deliver Ava a well.  

When he came out to give me the report after the surgery, I said "Thanks! See you REALLLY soon! (as in I want you to do my c/s)". 

While I was waiting for sis to come out of recovery,  I kept seeing people going in and out with baby gifts and a few came with infant seats (I guess these were babies that were going home).   I got a glimpse of one of the babies leaving in the carrier (so tiny  awww) and thought "Oh wow that's gonna be me pretty soon"

My mom was there too and she said "remember when Nicholas was that tiny?"    I said "Barely".

Glad your sister did well....new babies are so cute. They are just so soft and cuddly.  Seeing one always sparks a little baby fever!
