Surprised, pregnant and 40!
Surprised because we had given up all hope, even the docs gave up on us. We had been TTC #2 for almot two years, tried two IUI's, quit having cycles altogether, started the adoption process (even paid the first installment) and then my cycles started again. So, we thought, why not try even though we did not think anything would happen. Well, obviously it did! We are over the moon excited!
Unfortunately, the morning sickness is killing me. Why do they call it "morning" sickness when it lasts all day long? UGH! Oh, then we got the flu. Great weight loss plan, a month of MS and then the flu.
Anyway, I'm due September 27th and debating a VBAC or a secondary c-section. Not sure it if it's even an option for me at this point. So, congratulations to everyone here and can't wait to get to know you all.

congrats! I'm 39 1/2 and due Oct 2011. I got married last July and been ttc for 3 months...I'm nervous and hope all goes well for me and our baby.

I'm 42, expecting #3, #1 is 17, #2 is 15 so I'm starting over...

I too am 42 and on my third (didn't know there were so many of us). Mine are 21 and 2 though they will be 22 and 3 by the time this one arrives just days before my 43rd. My due date is currently 20 September.
