Pregnant after 35
Intro: 38 and expecting after 5 years of infertility treatments
My husband and I have been TTCing since August 2005 with the help of Infertility specialists. We took a break due to a military move and found ourselves pregnant, naturally, in December. I miscarried 4 days after finding out, at 7w2d. However now we find ourselves pregnant again and not really knowing a due date because I never had a cycle after the miscarriage. We think I am around 6 1/2 weeks, but hope to know soon.
My first OB appointment is on Wed. Feb. 23rd. I appreciate all support and advice! I look forward to getting to know you ladies here on this board and hope I can stay for the next 34 weeks or so!

Hi Natasha,
Congrats on your pregnancy! I'm very sorry to hear about your loss in Dec. I'm sure you're very anxious for your appointment tomorrow! Will they be doing an ultrasound? We had one at 6 & 1/2 weeks and another at 8 & 1/2 weeks, but we were going to a fertility clinic. Now we're starting with an ob/gyn & won't have such frequent monitoring, which will take getting used to. Wishing you lots of luck at your appointment; let us know how it goes!
