I don't know how this woman does it, but all of her recipes are outstanding and healthy without tasting like healthy food.

  • These recipes look way too complicated for me (and I'm only basing this off of the recipe titles)

I love to cook...in the crock pot.  I can't cook with the oven/stove.  I get way too impatient, turn the heat up, and ruin the food.  With the crock I can just throw it in before work and it's done when I get home.

The difficult part comes in because I'm a vegetarian, DH is not.  And 99% of my crock recipes are not vegetarian, so I constantly end up eating frozen pizza. :(

Do you have a small crockpot? I would just get two.Or can you make stuff that you can add meat to? Like make your basic meal, then make chicken or something in a seperate pot?

I have 2, but I'm SUCH a picky eater, so I don't like a lot foods.  I've been trying to branch out though-I don't want Ryan to see me constantly being picky and pick up on my bad habits.

I also have a 7 ingredient limit when it comes to cooking, which really limits me.  I need a personal chef!
