Teething...what do you use to ease the pain?

I use Tylenol at night, Hyland's Teething Gel as needed during the day, and he also has a Baltic Amber necklace.  He has 1 tooth already and 5 coming in.  I think his second lower one is going to cut through today.

Edit: For chewing, he likes washcloths (damp, any temperature), carrots, and a layer of a leek.  My kid is a weirdo.
