Do I say something?

My half-sister and half-brother both have babies who are about 10 months old.  The sister just posted a picture of both babies facing FORWARD in their car seats.  This is not only insanely unsafe but illegal right?  We aren't close, at all, but I feel like I HAVE to say something.  Would you?

If you say anything I would do it privately - not publically on FB.

I sent her a private message.  I never even thought of posting it publicly.

Maybe they think it's based solely on weight. Ditt pp's, a private message would probably be best.

    Yep, I'd say something.

While yes- I think you should say something...

I recently found out in Ohio it is not illegal.  The law simply states that children under 20lbs need to be rear facing.  The law also says that you have to follow the carseat's recommendations.

My DS is 6 months and 21lbs.  So technically I could turn him forward facing (although I wouldn't even consider it at this point).

I SWORE the law said up to one year- but I can't find anythign about it on the DMV website.  Just the above info...
