Breastfeeding and the law...

Hey PA bumpies... does anyone have a website link or anything about laws regarding employers allowing us to pump at work? I am going back to work in 2 weeks, and it's just a part-time job, but I will have to pump while I'm there, but I know my boss will fight me about it because it's retail, and if I'm off the sales floor, that puts additional pressure on my coworkers.

I haven't been able to find info, but if anyone else knows of laws about this, please let me know! I want to go in with legal evidence that I'm allowed to pump at work!

I just googled. According to this, PA doesn't have specific laws regarding breastfeeding/pumping at work (there are a lot of states without). However, I did find this very handy fact sheet from the US Dept of Labor.

Since your title caught my eye... one of my friends just sent me this article on breast pumps being a tax deductible item!!
