When did you start your lo on a sippy cup?

I am slowly starting my lo on a sippy cup and wondering when everyone transitioned into it permanently?

We intro'd one early bc he was refusing a bottle - like 4.5 mo - but we were inconsistent & he ended up taking a bottle. He's really gotten the hang of how a sippy works in the past 2 weeks. I BF & work, so my goal is to transition to milk in a sippy & stop pumping at work at about a year. I'm so done w pumping, lol.

We introduced it at 6 months with water in it during meal times.  It took her about 2 months to figure it out completely.  Now, she gets it at meals with water and I've offered her BM in it a couple times.  She prefers the water in it now.  After she turns 11 mo next week, I'm going to start offering her more BM in it especially when she's at my MIL's for daycare so that we can start phasing out bottles by a year.
