Now she has a snotty nose...

After 24 hours of raging diarrhea, Caroline got to be well for less than 24 hours.

She woke up at 9pm last night with an awful snotty/stuffy nose.  She was miserable.  We were up 7 or 8 times overnight...and I am going to need a big, big nap today.

I did Vick's BabyRub, and took her into the steamy bathroom, but nothing seemed to help.  She eventually slept a few hours, but woke up with both her cheeks crusted in funk from her nose. 

I hate it when my kid is sick and there is nothing I can do for her!  It is so frustrating to watch your baby be uncomfortable!!  Thankfully, we are off the pedi for her 15 month checkup today, so he can write something for her nose issues, and hopefully she'll get some rest tonight.

Poor Caroline! Hayden got a cold like that last yer. He was miserable! I hope that she starts to feel better soon.
