I feel bad even asking because in the grand scheme of things, my problems really aren't that bad. But I am really struggling today. At my peri appointment yesterday I found out my cervix had shortened, and while it's still within a normal range, because of my history, they are worried. I'm supposed to fly to SC for two days next week to see my husband graduate from basic training. I haven't seen him since January 3rd and I won't see him again until June 3rd, several weeks after baby gets here. Then there are my girls. They are already having a rough time with daddy being gone, and if I am put on bed rest or hospitalized, I don't know how they will handle it. I also don't think I can handle another early delivery without my husband. He was my rock last time. So I have an appointment tomorrow to check my cervix again and for a ffn. Please send positive thoughts and/or prayers that everything will be fine and my cervix will hold up for the rest of the pregnancy. Sorry it got so long, I just really needed to get that all off my chest.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear this, and I will send thoughts and prayers your way. I hope you get to go see your hubby next week, and I hope everything calms down so you can take care of your girls. This is definitely worthy of a ts & ps request! (((HUGS)))

Ohh, that is a lot.  I will put many T & P your way so that baby stays put for atleast 10 weeks, and your little ones give you a bit of a break.  Toddlers are exhausting.

I am dealing with something similar........but in all fairness, I would die to be 27 weeks.

At 17 weeks, my cervix was measuring 1.9. It has fluctuated all over the place for the past 3 weeks.

I am on modified bedrest and life is beyond chaotic in our house I have a DH who works 70 hours a week and a 3.5 year old and 15 month old who need their mommy.

It has been really, really rough and we are still a month away from viability.

Saying prayers for you guys........

Thank you so much ladies for your thoughts and prayers. It means a lot to me, that you would take the time to do that for a stranger. Thanks for letting me whine and vent especially when so many others on this board are going through so much worse. I'm trying to be a stronger person, it's just not happening overnight, and it's hard to do when you're feeling this low  Anyway, thanks again for being so wonderful! I really appreciate it!
