ds is still bathing in the thomas the whale tub. he's starting to get a little big for it though, imo. is there a next step/transitional tub or something before just letting him bathe in the actual bathtub?
what do you use?

We used the Eurobath with DD1 until she was around 18 months old, but with DD2 we gave up on that months ago and just bathe her with DD1 in the bathtub.

We just put K in the regular bath tub with about 3 inches of water. We have a mat down so he doesn't slide around. We started this about 2 months ago.
This. Or he showers with DH a lot.
Happy Birthday, little man. We love you so much!

We were using the Eurobath, but then Tyler started to use it as a jungle gym and I thought it was causing more danger than good. So now I put a few inches of water in the regular tub and he does so much better. He will be 11 months old next week. Just try it...you will know if he is ready for the big tub or not. You can always go back to the whale the next time.
I was freaking out about this a little. However, one night daddy just did it, put like 2 or 3 inches in the big tub and our LO crawled around having a great time. I always wonder now why I was so worried!
today I needed a shower desperately so in we both went... his tub takes up so much room so I just pulled up the stopper and let some water come in the tub and plopped him in it, it was so much easier to take a shower! he kept wanting to stand up so that made me nervous but I would sit him back down and we'd be good for a minute or two! lol

We use a bath seat by safety first.
