Maybe silly...but could use T&Ps for some trees

DH & I are AU Alumni and we just got some terrible news.   Those who follow  college football may know about our Toomer's Corner & our tradition of rolling it after victories. We are just devastated as is everyone else in the Auburn family. It may be silly, but maybe pray for these trees?   or atleast think about them....I just can't believe someone would be this cruel. It was a Bama fan. That has just taken the hate way too far.

ETA: These trees just mean SO much. It is THE Auburn tradition. It's our heart. I can't believe someone would do this b/c they hate Auburn so bad. I wish, by some miracle, that Bama could never win another game.

That is so sad. My sister goes to Bama, and I am just sickened that someone would do that.

I am just SO sad. The guy who called into the Finebaum show made sure to make it known he's a bama fan.  I totally get rivalry but the physical harm to people & property that bammers do is just horrendous. I don't understand.

I just talked to my sis. She said it is a rough rivalry. I guess there is vandalism both ways, but there has to be a line... does no one have any decency?

I just heard about this! It is so disgusting. I am SO sorry....
