Name your 1st brithday theme

I'm in the process of starting my own etsy shop.  It will be all things, Party Paper!  I'm interested to see everyone's theme so I can start making some things to sell! 

So tell me, what birthday theme are you looking for?  Also, any insight into things you might like to see in that theme would be great as well!

Cute! I wish I would have know, I would have totally ordered stuff from you but our party is saturday!

Our Theme is Carnival... I would have loved some streamer type things to hang or a garland of the poms in red and white!

Our theme is Happy 1st Birthday. I don't care about themes at this age.

But, with my first kid her bday invite was the colors of her hospital outfit, and the decorations we got also matched. Looks like the same thing is shaping up for DD#2.

We're just doing a Pink Party.  And it has been very hard to find decorative stuff that is only pink and doesn't have some sort of theme attached to it.

I found the cutest little girl monkey stuff so we are going to do this cute monkey with pink and brown for colors.

We're doing "Life's a Beach". Sand pails, flip flops, surf boards, beach balls, umbrellas, towels - those kind of designs. We're doing "beach ball" colors - yellow, red, blue, and white and adding in some bright green and orange. Pretty much colors you would see in beach towels, balls, and umbrellas.

You might try  hobby lobby. They have a ton of pink birthday stuff!

I'm leaning towards either Yo Gabba Gabba or VeggieTales.   Maddox loves the music from both of these.  VeggieTales is pretty much impossible to find, unless you want to spend tons of $$$.

Just a FYI while the ladybug banner is cute I think 28 bucks is pushing it. My friend has hers in an art gallery and sells them for 10-12. I would make my own before spending 28.

If you want to advertise your Etsy, have another bumpie put something up about it, don't do it yourself, it's tacky and against TB rules.

 I have a shop doing the exact same thing, but for about half your price.

We did a "you are my sunshine" theme.  All the colors were yellow, orange, and white. I bought her a dress from a store on Etsy that had a sun applique, and her name embroidered under it.

ETA: I made her banner at 2 in the morning the day of the party because hers didn't arrive on time.

By putting the link in your OP, that's advertising.  Remove it, and you'll be good.

She didn't post a link to her Etsy shop (that I see), and she wasn't asking for people to buy things. It's not against TB rules to mention that you're starting an Etsy shop.

And LOL  at all the serious "You've been reported" responses. I hate vendors too, but this definitely wasn't a serious offense. Certainly not worth reporting, imo. No wonder the bump gods don't pay attention when we really need someone kicked off here.
