flaming.

 My mom just took LO for a week so DH and I could go out of town for a volunteer/work thing...

I miss her already and will until we pick her up next week but it is kinda nice not having to do ANYTHING (DH is out for the night) except pack.

    I was without DD for the whole week after Christmas and she was 6 hours away.  I was so sad and skyping didn't help the situation but it was a nice break for DH and me.  (our daycare was closed that week and no family where we live)  Enjoy!

    Oh gosh, I don't think I would be able to do that right now.  I haven't been away from her over night yet, I guess some people would flame me for that.  Have fun on your vacay!

    Same here.  If he was sttn'ing (consistently), I would leave him over night with my parents, but only once and I'm sure I'd be dying to see him by the morning.  Pathetic, I know :-)
