So once you copy the link, you just have to write:
[U RL="link"]link[/U RL]
(except it's URL, not U RL) and link is the copied link, so you'll have to paste the link twice. You need to keep the quotation marks in the brackets for it to work. HTH!

the address in the quotation marks is the actual site. The text you want to be clicky is the stuff between the [URL]s
