  • We have the incrediblock and i'm not going to lie- it's pretty cool.  DS likes it alot.  I got mine on Ebay and with shipping it came out to be $60.  It was one of DS's big xmas gifts.

It's actually only $60 on the Fisher Price website. Some friends of ours have it and DD loved playing with theirs!

ETA: The alphabet set is only $27 on FP.com! Why is Amazon trying to rip me off?!

I know- at Xmas time it was on back order.  Is it still?  I would've loved to buy it new but couldn't find it anywhere!!!  It just so happens that Mason's sitter has it, too.  He totally didn't get any of the parts of it until the little boy at the sitter showed him what to do.  It's amazing how much they learn from other kids!

  • It didn't appear to be on backorder. There are tons of them on eBay though... but I have never bought anything that big from there before! There is one that comes with 40 blocks and some pop-up elephant thing... so tempting!

Is the elephant the one that blows butterflies up the trunk and you catch them in nets?  If so, it's cute for when they're older (my 3 year old neice loves it).

40 blocks would be awesome.  I'm not sure if all the blocks "speak" when on the incrediblock.  We have the ones that come with it and they will say the object inside the block and give a sound.  For example, the car with say "car- vroom vroom".  We have a few Peek a Blocks that didn't come with it and they just play music.  I was hoping they'd atleast say the letter on them.  Either way, they're cool and that's a good deal!!

  • Does anyone want to explain or link this toy? My curiosity had been triggered.
  • It's a Fisherprice toy.  It's square and about the height of an activity table.  Each side has something fun for the LO to do as well as the top.  It comes with blocks that work with each activity.

    Here's the link

  • I must get this for DS!  He has a Chicco toy that is a kangaroo and she has four blocks in her pouch that he loves to take out and shake or chew on.  They are clear plastic with colored pieces of fruit inside and he loooves it.  Thanks for the idea ladies!
  • Check craigslist in your area.  I bought mine at a garage sale, but I've seen them on there as well.  It's nice and my older son played with it for quite awhile.  I think I only paid $15 at a garage sale (for a lot of blocks, too!).  Only 6 or so actually said the name of the object inside though.
